JEAN PAUL GAVINO’S EXPERIENCE
I am 70 years old, I travel a lot and I have never done any sport.
I decided to start a personal training program and thanks to Luis I discovered such a sense of wellbeing thanks to his teaching, his patience, his presence and his advice.
In each session, for one hour, I perform exercises adapted to my age and abilities and since I started I feel better: fitter, more alert, less tired.
I would advise anyone who wants to try personal training to follow my lead and get a personal trainer. Luis, as well as being a good person, knows how to listen and actually identify what I need and has been great for my sports development.
FLIP OOSTERBERG’S TRAINING
In the summer of 2015 I started my personal training and I soon started to enjoy it, losing weight and gaining muscle and fitness. Luis knows how to motivate you to do sport, to seek your limits and to surpass them, to achieve things you had never thought possible. Now I even enjoy a spinning class after an hour’s weight training.
It is a great pleasure to have Luis as a personal trainer. As well as everything he is fun and intelligent and during the training we discuss and solve all the problems of the world. I couldn’t ask for a better trainer and friend.
ISA BRU CHALLENGE
Finally fit at 40!!! I have achieved one of my aims.
Encouraged by my sister, in the summer of 2016 I started to train and in little less than a month it changed my whole perception of sport and diet, basically because I was finally being managed by a good professional and I saw the results!
Now training is much more than doing sport or losing weight…it’s enjoyment, friendship, overcoming obstacles, working in a team, balance, hope…it’s to go on achieving my ‘impossibles’ and to continue to feel better and better….I am already going for my third race, and then I’m going for more!
Luis personalises every training session, working the body and giving us the motivation and the confidence to believe in the possibilities, and in the end, if you believe, you can achieve.

KARIN HEPBURN – FERRER’S TRAINING
Since 2006 I have trained regularly/ At the end of 2015 I was unexpectedly bedridden due to severe pain in my sacroiliac joint. For two years the doctors could find no answer to the pain – I didn’t want cortisone – and my mobility was severely limited.
We spent the summer of 2016 in La Herradura, where I met Luis, and I started to train with little hope or expectation of seeing any improvement. I hate to say it but pain makes me weak and I am also stubborn as a mule when it comes to dealing with fatigue.In a little more than two weeks of daily workouts we managed to come out of the pain levels and return to the leg presses of 2007 when I could press 210kg. That seemed plenty to me!
I returned to La Herradura for December and January. In 22 consecutive days of training, not only did I have no pain, not only could I sleep well for eight hours a night, not only was I fresher and more mentally alert, but also I could do 515kg presses! The sense of satisfaction and of wellbeing from such activity is beyond compare.
