Join our supervised 12-week programme with 3 sessions a week to help you lose weight. There are 4 weighing moments throughout the programme to measure your weight and percentage of fat. We also offer a plenary workshop with a dietician and a motivational workshop prior to the training.

Carnitine

Carnitine is an amino acid that is produced by the body based on the essential amino acids lysine and methionine and that we ingest through animal products such as meat, fish and dairy. Cells need carnitine to convert nutrients into energy. This conversion takes places in the cell mitochondria, which could be compared to cellular power plants. Carnitine guides fatty acids into the mitochondria. Carnitine increases fat burn.
