How great does that sound? You will be doing this activity out at sea, with nobody around to disturb you. You’ll have to get used to the board and paddling first, though. It’s all about balance and focus. What’s more, you will use your entire body. The addition of yoga further reinforces all these elements. As the board is floating on the water, you will feel every shift in weight much better than if you were standing on firm ground.
