TRAINING AT THE GYM

The Gym offers a wide range of fitness programs. Our training offers exercises for people who want to gain strength, or want to lose weight or stay fit. Practising fitness in our Gym will help you achieve your goals. Our trainers take the time to help people who never fitness before by showing them how to use the machines and do the exercises.

PROGRAM TRAINING

Our program includes cross force, for strength training and conditioning, body tonic, a combination of strength training excersises using free weights and LBT (legs, bums and tums), excersices aimed at toning the lower body and abdomen.

In the summer of 2015 I started my personal training and I soon started to enjoy it, losing weight and gaining muscle and fitness. Luis knows how to motivate you to do sport, to seek your limits and to surpass them, to achieve things you had never thought possible.

OPENING HOURS

The Gym is open 5 days a week, whenever you feel like sporting. Check our opening hours, so you can choose which time fits you the best. Our trainers are at the fitness ground when we open to start your personal fitness training. With its special program The Gym offers the ultimate fitness experience.

Next to the personal training we offer a great ambiance, where our members feel free and relaxed. It’s not only about body pumping and body building; it’s about feeling energetic and getting into shape. Next to that The Gym is also a place where people can meet each other and become friends.
